March 24th - Brands Hatch
Would have been there but car would not start due to some mysterious electrical problem. Naturally it had to happen the day before the race late in the afternoon so there was no time to find and fix it.
April 7th - Snetterton
Had my first contact incident whilst making a late overtaking manoeuvre into Russell chicane - the back of the Fiesta decided to let go of the tarmac and smack the side of the shiny Fiesta Si next to me - oops! fortunately no serious damage to either car - just embarrasing.

May 5th - Mallory Park
Damage suffered at the previous race was soon rendered insignificant when after only just taking 3rd position in class and trying to hold onto the position I took too much speed into Gerrards. The car could not decide which way it was going to spin and so it just ploughed backwards at approximately 70mph into the tyre wall. Result one short wheelbase Fiesta and a spot of whiplash.

Car too broke and too far anyway.

New car sorted with a new bodyshell, but the dreaded scruitineers strike again and really did not like my roll cage and refused to let me race.
August 18th - Brands Hatch
Working on roll cage.
August 25th - Mallory Park
Still working.
September 21st - Snetterton
Yet another non-memorable race at snetterton - but I do like the circuit!

October 12th - Oulton Park
The car bit again and performed a pirouette in front of my wife who was standing in the crowd - doing her nerves the world of good! Still I managed to claim another trophy but due to a lack of car this year - no championship result.
